Deadline for Consultants to submit questions regarding this RFQ/RFP January 07, 2025 by 4:00PM Questions or Clarifications: All questions must be submitted in writing, via email to: FacilitiesRFP@rsccd.edu. By way of this Request for Qualifications/Request for Proposals ("RFQ/RFP"), the Rancho Santiago Community College District ("District") is requesting Statements of Qualifications and Proposals ("Responses") to provide Campus Utility Mapping and Investigation Services ("Services") for a District Wide Utility Survey at Santa Ana College (SAC) & Santiago Canyon College (SCC). The purpose of this RFQ/RFP is to obtain information that will allow the District to select a qualified Firm ("Consultant" or "Firm") to provide Services for this project on behalf of the District. The District has an immediate need for assessing, investigating, validating and documenting all existing utility components & infrastructure. The District reserves the right and discretion to determine if any Responses will be utilized to add firms to the list of pre-qualified firms for future RFPs. The Project is located at two (2) sites that include Santa Ana College (SAC) and Santiago Canyon College (SCC). Santa Ana College is located 1530 W. 17th St. in Santa Ana, CA and Santiago Canyon College is located at 8045 E. Chapman Ave. in Orange, CA. Over the years, the District has had various projects completed on the Santa Ana College and Santiago Canyon College campuses. This includes new construction, renovation, and improvement-based projects to support faculty and staff operation. It's been a challenge to maintain a uniform as-built document capturing all utility information and infrastructure at each campus to date given the magnitude of projects completed. In order to support future construction projects and any reference needs required, the District is seeking utility mapping and investigation services to compile and provide a complete and comprehensive survey document that captures and verifies all present utility information including locations at SAC and SCC.
