Description: Provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, incidentals, permits and taxes necessary to clear and repair an 18" obstructed pipe and other miscellaneous work. Location of Services: Services shall be performed at Mad River Hatchery, 1660 Hatchery Road, Arcata, Ca 95521. Contract Term Date: Upon CDFW approval until June 30, 2025. Estimated Cost: $ $27,000.00 Notice of Intent to Award January 17, 2025 Proposed Award Date January 24, 2025 Bids of $5,000 and over shall have enclosed, a Cashier's Check, Certified Check, or a Bidder's Bond executed as surety by a corporation authorized to issue surety bonds in the State of California, made payable to the California Department of Fish and Wildlife, in an amount equal to at least 10% of the amount bid. Bid prices/rates shall also include the cost for obtaining payment and performance bond premiums based on the Total Bid Amount + Contingency (maximum 10%).
