Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a 143,000-square-foot, five-story above grade, one-story below grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
As of November 11, 2025, project is well underway and is scheduled to be complete fall 2026. Plans call for the construction of a five-story, 164,947 square foot sciences building. The overall cost of the project is $136,700,000 but the value of this bid package is not yet known.
