Renovation of a civil project in Deerfield, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The proposed scope of work will include the following: o Providing and installing a new 100 KW natural gas fueled generator and automatic transfer switch at the existing well house. o Removal of the existing right angle drive and associated piping connected at the well pump, as well as the removal of the associated concrete pad. o Site work to include the installation of a new concrete pad for the generator, natural gas piping to the new generator, and restoration of the site. Bidders must be pre-qualified with the Village of Deerfield within the last year or must be pre-qualified for this work 5 days prior to the bid deadline in accordance with Section 66.0901 of the Wisconsin Statutes. Each bidder must deposit, with his bid, security in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid amount. Bidders must be experienced in municipal pipeline construction. The Village of Deerfield reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities in any bid. Question Deadline 01/09/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than five days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered
