Renovation of a mixed-use development in New Albany, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Envelopes shall be plainly marked Sealed Proposal Network Equipment Upgrade. All proposals received after such time will not be considered. School seeks an agreement that allows it to work with the selected vendor to adjust quantities and/or scale back or cancel the project entirely as needed based upon funding availability and/or the best interests of School. Offerors must also be able to and meet all requirements found in applicable RFP and applicable state statutes. School expects to award the contract for Project at its February 10,2025 board meeting. School reserves the right to hold proposals, including any alternates, for up to 60 days from the date of the opening. School reserves in its sole discretion the right to cancel the solicitation, reject any and all proposals in whole or part, delay the opening, ask for new proposals, is not obligated to accept the lowest or any other proposal, and may waive any irregularities, discrepancies, omissions, variances or informalities in the request for proposal procedure.
