REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS/QUALIFICATIONS FOR STREET DEPARTMENT PROJECT - New Public Works Building Proposals/offers will be reviewed, and a recommendation to award the public-private agreement to a pro pose r/offeror will be given by the City's Redevelopment Department Staff. NARC will review such recommendation and determine, after a public hearing, whether to acceptor reject such recommendation. Any potential proposer/offeror may inquire further for the purpose of clarification to assure a full understanding of the requirements by submitting written questions to NARC's representative via email to cjohnson@cityofnewalbany.com. NARC reserves the right to reject and/or cancel any and all proposals/offers, to reject proposals/offers that do not meet the qualifications outlined in the RFPQ, and to waive any formalities or irregularities in the disposition process or in any proposal/offer. NARC further reserves the right to reject all proposals/offers, should NARC determine that the proposals/offers are not in the best interest of the City. NARC and/or NARC's representative reserve the right to have discussions with the pro pose rs/offerors for the purpose of clarification to assure full understanding of and responsiveness to the solicitation requirements,
