Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in New Albany, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Recreational Vehicle Park Project New Albany Redevelopment Commission (NARC) proposals/offers for a public-private agreement to construct, operate, and/or transfer a new RV Park in the City of New Albany, Indiana (City) under a public-private partnership, pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Indiana Code, including, but not limited to, Indiana Code Section 5-23. An electronic copy of the Proposal/Statement of Qualifications shall be emailed to: cjohnson@cityofnewalbany.com. An electronic version of the RFPQ may be obtained by emailing Claire Johnson, Economic Development and Redevelopment Director, at cjohnson@cityofnewalbany.com. The selected proposer will provide all financing services, development services, site work, labor, and material to construct the Project. Multiple firms may partner to provide a complete response. However, in order for NARC to assemble the most qualified team, such partnerships may not be exclusive in nature. The Project site is currently owned by the City. The construction scope of the Project is not yet determined.
