Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in New Albany, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
New Albany Redevelopment Commission (NARC) will receive proposals/offers for a public-private agreement to construct, operate, and/or transfer new turf fields in the City of New Albany, Indiana (City) under a public-private partnership, pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Indiana Code, including, but not limited to, Indiana Code Section 5-23. The selected proposer will provide all financing services, development services, site work, labor, and material to construct the Project. Multiple firms may partner to provide a complete response. However, in order for NARC to assemble the most qualified team, such partnerships may not be exclusive in nature. The Project site is currently owned by the City. The construction scope of the Project is not yet determined. NARC reserves the right to reject and/or cancel any and all proposals/offers, to reject proposals/offers that do not meet the qualifications outlined in the RFPQ, and to waive any formalities or irregularities in the disposition process or in any proposal/offer. NARC further reserves the right to reject all proposals/offers, should NARC determine that the proposals/offers are not in the best interest of the City.
