The Work Will Be Awarded Under One Lump Sum Provided, However, The Contract With Any Successful Bidder Shall Divide The Contract Price Between Labor And Material. Question Deadline 01/09/2025 at 12:00 PM CT Requests for Information (RFI) must be submitted in writing by the General Contractor, via email, to the Architect at both candicep@qarch.com and nancyn@qarch.com A Satisfactory Bid Bond Executed By The Bidder And Acceptable Surety (The Bid Bond Shall Be From A Company Which Is On The U. S. Treasury Department List, As An Approved Surety Company) In An Amount Equal To Five (5%) Percent Of The Total Base Bid Shall Be Submitted With Each Bid. A Performance Bond And Payment Bond In The Amount Of One Hundred Percent Of The Contract Price Will Be Required. The Contractor's Bonding Companies' Payment And Performance Bond Sureties Must Be Listed On The U.s. Department Of Treasury's List Of Approved Sureties. Original Bid Forms Only Will Be Accepted. Noted On The Mailing Envelope - Sealed Bid Enclosed On The Face Thereof. Digital Bids, Bid Bonds And Alterations To Bids Submitted By Email, Copier, Telegraph, Or Facsimile (Fax) Machine Shall Not Be Considered. The Owner Reserves The Right To Waive Any Informalities Or To Reject Any Or All Bids. No Bid May Be Withdrawn Until The Expiration Of 45 Days From The Date Bids Are Opened *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
