Amendment 0001: 1) Update Attachment 3 - Statement of Work (SOW). 2) Update Attachment 7 - Instructions to Offerors and Evaluation Criteria. 3) Extend Questions due date to 27 January 2025 @ 10:00AM (CST). 4) Extend Solicitation Response due date to 31 January 2025 @ 2:00PM (CST). PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project consists of full removal, disposal and replacement of the gas fired, premix hot water, AJAX boiler, Model # WRPG-1050, Serial # 63804 with a new RAYPAK: HYDI H3 989B DELTA LIMITED, 2-STAGE, BRZ HDR. (or approved equal) of comparable size. New boiler must be installed on existing concrete pad; 46" wide by 58" long. Modify the existing electrical, supply and return water piping, gas train piping, expansion tank, and flue piping to properly hook up the new HTW Boiler installed, to include 2 new isolation valves (1 on each of the supply and return water lines) at the new boiler. Add a new CO monitor to include all electrical components needed inside the boiler plant (B910) to interlock the monitor with the new boiler control to comply with all federal and state regulations. Insulate all new HTW piping and valves to include replacement of any insulation disturbed/removed in the execution of the project. Preform Start-up and adjustment of the new boiler to provide a durable and fully operational Heating water boiler system as it pertains to the SOW and project execution.THIS IS A SOLICITATION. THIS REQUIREMENT IS FOR A FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. THIS IS A NONAPPRORIATED FUND SOLICITATION AND FAR RULES DO NOT APPLY. THERE IS NO REQUIREMENT FOR SET ASIDES. Work will include removal of existing AJAX, gas fired, premix hot water boiler and installation of a comparably sized boiler. The proposed item and all other items should conform to the specifications listed in accordance with the Statement of Work. Include all work required to make the new boiler operational.
