Reference Number 0000284150 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/12/27 04:00:00 PM CST Environment and Climate Change and Natural Resources and Indigenous Futures requires snow clearing and sanding services at the Lac du Bonnet Regional Office located at #4, PTH 502, and at the Lac du Bonnet Fire Centre located at #70 Blueberry Rock Road. All services are on an as-requested basis and the service provider will be paid for services rendered. (a) commercial general liability insurance covering claims for personal and bodily injury, death or damage to property arising out of the Service Provider or its officers, employees, subcontractors or agents providing Services under the Agreement, or as a result of any negligent acts or omissions of the Service Provider or its officers, employees, subcontractors or agents. Such insurance shall provide coverage of not less than five million dollars ($5,000,000) per occurrence. (b) automobile liability Insurance covering owned and non-owned automobiles used by the Service Provider in connection of the operation of the business, with limits not less than five million dollars ($5,000,000.), combined single limit for bodily injury, death and property damage per accident.
