2025 Security Cameras MCISD is seeking bids on adding additional video cameras and installation to our existing Video Insight and i-PRO cameras as described below. The MCISD is asking vendors to complete and answer all questions on the bid response form later in this RFP. While a site visit is not required, it is highly recommended. The expected configuration of the cameras includes: o Install the latest firmware on all new and existing i-PRO cameras o Install the latest AI applications versions on all existing cameras o Install and do basic configuration and activation of the AI features/apps on the new cameras to the Active Guard server so it can log the AI data. No advanced configuration is needed at this time from the Vendor o Implement the LPR feature with the 3 new exterior cameras o Label the cameras with the appropriate naming structure given to Vendor by the IT department. There are also 3 existing exterior cameras that we would like the Vendor to adjust where they are pointing to during installation of the 3 new exterior cameras. Bids shall be binding for sixty (60) days from bid opening and prices will be binding for the length of the contract. Awarding of the bid is pending final approval of purchase from the MCISD Board of Education.
