GENERAL Laketran is the regional transit authority for Lake County, Ohio. Lake County is located 35 miles east of Cleveland. The western portion of Lake County is located within the Cleveland Urbanized area and is densely developed. The eastern half is rural in nature. Purpose Laketran seeks sealed bids from qualified firms to provide HVAC maintenance, repair, and on-call services. The requirements for the submittal and content of Bids, the timetable for this procurement, performance requirements, and contract terms are detailed in this Invitation to Bid. Length of Time Bids Shall be Good Bids shall be good for ninety (90) days. Award of Contract The Basis of Award is the lowest responsive and responsible bid received for the total cost of the three year contract (lump sum price).
