The Assumption Parish Library Board of Trustees and the Library Director are issuing a request for proposals to solicit sealed bids from licensed vendors specializing in heating and cooling. This project involves the removal of the old HVAC unit and the installation of new HVAC unit. For the following HVAC Projects are listed below. Napoleonville Branch Library HVAC Unit Project, located at 293 Napoleon Ave., Napoleonville, LA 70390 Once selections are made, bidders will be verified for good standing with the federal government, ensuring they are not barred or suspended by online. Additionally, bidders must provide up-to-date certificates of liability and workers' compensation insurance. They will also need to confirm of their registration in good standing with the Louisiana State Business Registry. Please ensure all bids are sealed appropriately. Individuals with disabilities requiring special accommodations should contact the Library Director at (985)369-7070 no later than seven (7) days before the bid opening. Participation from minority- and female-owned businesses, as well as businesses located in Assumption Parish, is highly encouraged.
