Renovation of a mixed-use development in Bland, Virginia. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a detention facility; and water / sewer project.
Contractor registration is required in accordance with Section 54.1-1103 of the Code of Virginia. See the Invitation for Bids for additional qualification requirements. All executive branch agencies are directed to advance Executive Order 35, dated July 3, 2019. Bids are invited for the construction of Bland Correctional Center Decanter #1 Replacement Project (Project Code - SP-718-098) at Bland, VA. The project is generally described as the replacement of Decanter #1 at the Wastewater Treatment Plant. As noted on the Documents, please keep in mind that the Drawings are for reference purposes only. The Drawings were supplied with the replacement of another decanter at the WWTP. This project will be the replacement of Decanter #1, which is a mirror image of the ones in the Drawings. But it is not the actual Drawings for this project. We do not have those from Aqua at this time. But I thought it would be helpful to include these in the bid package for reference as they are a mirror image of each other
