Title: Wastewater Testing Services - Bland Correctional Center Commodity Code: 96148 Laboratory Services and Field Testing Services 98991 Water Sampling and Analysis Services Issuing Agency: Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Corrections Procurement and Risk Management, Room 2150 6900 Atmore Drive Richmond, Virginia 23225 Using Agency: Bland Correctional Center Wastewater Treatment Plant The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to solicit competitive sealed bids to establish a contract for Wastewater Testing Services at Bland Correctional Center. The contract period will be from October 7, 2024 through October 6, 2025, and may be renewable in accordance with Section IV, Paragraph E. The Bid Form must be completed and the certification located at the bottom of the form completed and signed by an official that has the authority to commit the Firm.
