Notice of Procurement. Several projects will be deployed over the next few years at Montréal-Trudeau International Airport to ensure that passengers are properly welcomed in a context of phenomenal growth in activities. Moreover, this notice to the market is related to the "Flight Plan 2028-2035" (Future Projects | Aéroport de Montréal), which is currently deploying. With this aspect in mind, and knowing that the number of passengers will increase in the coming years, it is essential for Montréal-Trudeau International Airport to properly plan the evolution of its facilities and the improvement of its infrastructure so that they can accommodate passengers. The objective of the Project is to redevelop the road network, including the municipal and technical networks that will connect the future public drop-off areas to the surrounding road networks. The project also aims to design vehicular routing to the various components of the systems, including the future P5 local parking lot and surface parking lots. Construction deliverables will include, but are not limited to, the following work: - Measures to mitigate and maintain traffic; - Demolition of existing assets; - Ramp construction and related services; - Construction of technical structures (overpass, pumping station, underground retention basins, infrastructure, etc.); - Landscaping. Scope of the Project a) Sub-project DV0004-1 Southwest Road Improvement: Summary Description Sub-project 1 concerns more specifically the work to build the V-4 overpass as well as a section of the future Roméo-Vachon Boulevard South. This work is mainly outside the existing vehicular traffic links, with the exception of the work associated with the construction of the V-4 overpass, which will require mitigation measures, as well as the closure and/or diversion of the existing ramps. The complete redevelopment of the underground infrastructure and planned in the scope of work. Figure 1 (attached) shows, schematically, the work boundary of sub-project 1. (b)Sub-project DV0004-2 South-East Road Development: Summary Description Sub-project 2 mainly concerns the development of the P8 surface parking lot and the connection of the future Roméo-Vachon Boulevard South with the existing one. It also includes the tunnel of the multipurpose cycle path and the construction of a section of this path, involving works on the municipal and technical networks. The complete redevelopment of the underground infrastructure and planned in the scope of work. In terms of the impact on the vehicular traffic network, sub-project 2 will require the partial closure of Arthur-Fecteau Street and the implementation of temporary measures during the connection of the future Roméo-Vachon Boulevard South to the existing network outside the YUL territory. Figure 2 (attached) shows, schematically, the work boundary of sub-project 2. Montréal-Trudeau International Airport plans to launch the call for tenders in early March 2025.
