Renovation of a stadium in Manassas, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
As of March 06, 2025 the project was awarded to S3 Contracting LCC but awarded amount is not available. Question Deadline 02/19/2025 Bidder must submit all questions and comments no later than seven (7) days before the Due Date. The City of Manassas is soliciting bids for complete replacement of existing ice rink, support systems and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents related to the renovation of Harris Pavilion Ice Rink. The period of the Contract shall consist of eighty-one (81) calendar days to completion of the Base Bid after the issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). The Base Bid shall be completed by May 30, 2025, the start of the Farmer's Market held under the pavilion. The period of the Contract shall be for construction to begin within ten (10) calendar days following the date indicated in the NTP. The City anticipates awarding the Contract and NTP by March 10, 2025. Alternate #1, supply and installation of the chiller and related Work and Alternate #2, installation of low-voltage raceways and related Work, shall be completed by November 1, 2025.
