E-Rate Two Wireless Equipment. Questions regarding the RFP are noted on the RFP Instructions and Conditions page, and are due on or before Monday, December 30th, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. via email to erate@sccoe.org with the corresponding E RFP number (ie: E RFP 02_25_26 Questions) on the subject line. Only questions submitted through this process will be accepted. All responses to questions regarding the RFP will be posted on our website Monday, January 6th, 2024 at or before 4:00 p.m. Each RFP must be submitted with security in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the maximum RFP amount as a guarantee that the bidder will enter the proposed contract, if awarded to the bidder, and will provide the performance and payment bonds, insurance certificates and other documents described in the Contract Documents. Such security must be in one of the following forms: (1) a cashier's check made payable to the SCCOE; (2) a certified check made payable to the SCCOE; or (3) a bond made payable to the SCCOE in the form set forth in the Contract Documents. Any bond must have been issued by a California-admitted surety as defined in Code of Civil Procedure Section 995.120. Required Contractor License: The class(es) of California contractor's license(s) required to bid on and perform the contract for this Project is General Contractor's License or C12 license. Job Walk: There will be no job walk. Companies may not withdraw proposals for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for opening of proposals
