Landscape Maintenance Services The Santa Clara Valley Water District (Valley Water) seeks proposals from qualified firms (Proposers or Contractors) to provide professional landscaping maintenance services, primarily consisting of monthly landscaping services at multiple Valley Water facilities and properties, as-needed generally seasonal tree trimming, and various on-call grounds and landscape upkeep projects (Services). Valley Water, subject to the Board of Directors' approval, intends to award a One-year base term agreement, with up to four (4) additional one-year options terms, for Services to one or more successful Proposer(s). The successful Proposer(s) will execute an Agreement for Services in the form of Exhibit 9. Q&A Deadline 02/21/2025 2:00 PM (PST)
