10458 - FEMA - Standard Agreement for Civil Engineering Consulting Services for the Sierra Road Landslide Repair of 2023 Storm Project Project Consultants qualified to provide civil, structural, geotechnical, and environmental engineering services ("Consultant Services") to the City are encouraged to respond to this Request for Proposals ("RFP") by submitting a Proposal ("Proposal") and associated forms (together considered the "solicitation response"). The successful Consultant will enter into a Standard Consultant Agreement with the City. Consultants are cautioned that the City will be seeking federal reimbursement for eligible Project expenses, including those incurred under the Standard Consultant Agreement. As such, the Consultant will be required to comply with all federal requirements as set forth in Attachment D, "Federal Funding Provisions," as provided in the solicitation documents. Consultants should read these requirements carefully before submitting a solicitation response. In the event of a conflict between any of the federal requirements and any other provision of the solicitation documents, or the Standard Consultant Agreement, the federal requirements shall take precedence.
