The Work will consist of PLUMBING SERVICES on an as needed basis at various County owned/leased facilities throughout the County of Santa Clara. All work shall be in conformity with the specifications and all applicable regulations and standards. Each bid must be accompanied by cash, a certified or cashiers check, or a bond in the sum of not less than 10% of the total aggregate of the bid price, including all additive bid items. The performance bond must be in an amount of 100% of the Contract Sum as specified in the Notice to Bidders and must be so conditioned as to ensure the faithful performance by Contractor of all Work Contract duration: 3 years Contract renewal: 1 annual renewal Q & A deadline: Jan 30, 2025 6:00:00 PM EST The Contractor must possess a C-36 PLUMBING CONTRACTOR LICENSE issued by the Contractors State License Board at the time the bid is submitted, per Business and Professions Code section 7028.15. The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any non-material errors or discrepancies in the bids.
