The County of Santa Clara (County) has determined that all bidders for the Crime Lab and DA Server Rooms Fire Suppression Upgrade Project must be prequalified prior to submitting a bid. Q & A deadline: Feb 10, 2025 8:00:00 PM EST. The County intends to use the list of pre-qualified contractors to bid the Crime Lab and DA Server Rooms Fire Suppression Upgrade Project for a period of one year from the date of the establishment of the Qualified Bidders List. Notwithstanding, in its sole and absolute discretion the County reserves the right to expand the solicitation to all contractors, conduct another round prequalification, or not pursue the prequalification process.
