Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in San Jose, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a 105,500-square-foot, four-story above grade, 103-unit multi-residential development; fitness / recreation center; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a 8,580-square-foot sidewalk / parking lot.
Plans call for affordable housing for seniors to include 103 residential units with 101 units being affordable units and two manager's units. Plans also include demolishing the existing surface parking lot and removal of 21 trees. Project amenities include a computer room, shared laundry areas, common and private open space, vehicle parking, and bicycle parking. Project will also include green building measures such as high efficiency heating, ventilation and air conditioning units, energy star appliances, bicycle storage for residents, EV charging stations. As of September 12, 2025, the project is under construction. A general contractor has been selected, but their information has not been disclosed.
