All contractors are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 52:32-44 (Business Registration), N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et Employment Opportseq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. (Contract Compliance and Equal unities in Public Contracts). Submission by corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies shall include a completed Disclosure of Ownership form (N.J.S.A. 52:25- 24.2). Submissions shall also include a completed Non-Collusion Affidavit. All requirements of the State of New Jersey Worker Health and Safety Act (N.J.A.C. 12:110 et seq.) as amended and the United States Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) (29 CFR 1910), as amended with regard to worker and jobsite safety.
