* As of June 6, 2023 , project was awarded to Valcom Salt Lake City (dba VLCM), Inc with the amount of $23,928.12. Ogden School District (the "District" or "OSD") is accepting proposals from qualified, reputable firms for network switch equipment upgrades that will meet or exceed the specifications listed below. Bids will be evaluated, and each requirement will be scored. A higher emphasis will be placed on initial costs, licensing costs, yearly maintenance costs, and support costs. This RFP is designed to provide interested parties with sufficient basic information to submit proposals meeting the minimum requirements. It is not intended to limit a proposal's content or exclude any relevant proposal. Respondents are at liberty and encouraged to expand upon the specifications to evidence service capability under any agreement. All questions regarding this RFP will be submitted and responded to through online. If any person submitting a bid is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the bid specifications, the vendor may submit a written request electronically through the online website. Questions and responses will be posted on the online website. No other Ogden School District employee, Board Member, or evaluation committee member should be contacted concerning this RFP during the selection process.
