Ogden School District (the "District" or "OSD") is accepng proposals from qualied, reputable rms for network equipment that will meet or exceed the specicaons listed below. Bids will be evaluated, and each requirement will be scored. A higher emphasis will be placed on inial costs, licensing costs, yearly maintenance costs, and support costs. This RFP is designed to provide interested pares with sucient basic informaon to submit proposals meeng the minimum requirements. It is not intended to limit a proposal's content or exclude any relevant proposal. Respondents are at liberty and encouraged to expand upon the specicaons to evidence service capability under any agreement. All questions regarding this RFP will be submitted and responded to through online If any person submitting a bid is in doubt about the true meaning of any part of the bid specifications, the vendor may submit a written request electronically through the online . Questions and responses will be posted on the online website. Questions must be submitted by Jan 13, 2025, by 12:00 pm. No other Ogden School District employee, Board Member, or evaluation committee member should be contacted concerning this RFP during the selection process. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in disqualification. The awarding and funding of this RFP will depend on E-RATE funding approval. The District reserves the right to cancel any poron of the RFP if E-RATE funding is denied, not fully funded, or District funds become unavailable on a school-by-school basis. The Board of Educaon of Ogden City School District reserves the right to reject any bids or waive any informaon or technicality in any bid in the interest of the Board of Educaon of Ogden City School District.
