Provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, incidentals, permits and taxes necessary for annual inspection, maintenance and servicing of two (2) MTU 6R/1500 diesel back-up motors, service of emission systems, clutch and drive train service to the right angle drive and service updated to the computer systems associated with the motor and other miscellaneous work. ESTIMATED COST: $100,000.00 The location of services shall be performed at Fish Springs Hatchery, 215 Fish Springs Road, Big Pine, California 93513. Contract Term Date: Upon DGS Approval until November 15, 2027 Proposed Award Date January 30, 2025 License Required: A - General Engineering Contractor, OR B - General Building Contractor, OR C-57 - Well Drilling Contractor, OR C-61:D-21 - Machinery and Pumps The awarding agency reserves the right to reject all bids. The agency is not required to award an agreement. The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW), reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informality in any bid. Bid date notes: All bids must be submitted under sealed cover and sent to California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW.)
