The Inyo County Public Works Department is soliciting bids for the Big Pine Senior Center ADA Restrooms Project. General Work Description: The work consists of renovating the existing women's and men's restrooms located inside the Big Pine Senior Center county building. The work is to be performed in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and California Building codes. The resulting work will improve accessibility, safety, and usability for individuals with disabilities. As such, demolition, minor electrical, plumbing, framing, cabinetry, painting and flooring may be required per the prepared scope of work for this project. This project is one of many Inyo County is conducting to continue providing high a quality of life to its residents and continue improving access for individuals with disabilities. Contract Time: 60 calendar days from issuance of notice to proceed.
