The Housing Authority of the City of Lancaster (LCHA), a recipient of federal assistance through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), hereby gives public notice of its intent to seek qualifications from firms to provide Architectural/Engineering Professional Services required for miscellaneous physical improvements of the LCHA's public housing developments. These services will be on an as needed basis over a two year contract period. Inquiries regarding this Request for Proposals may be directed to Beth Detz at the Authority at (717) 397-2835 x 3030, Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Fridays 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
