O.N. Stevens Water Treatment Plant (ONSWTP) was originally constructed in 1954. The master plan for this facility includes the addition of a third treatment train. This expansion is required to obtain a treatment capacity of 160 MGD with a peak capacity of 200 MGD. The additional train will also allow for the ability to complete maintenance and upgrades on the other treatment trains. This project continues into the long-range plan. This project is included in the city’s fy 2025-2027 Capital Improvement Program. As of March 27, 2025, further details regarding construction and completion timelines have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
