The Contractor shall perform all Work within the time stipulated in the Contract and shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, utility services, and transportation to complete all of the Work required in strict compliance with the Contract Documents, as specified in Article 5 below for the following Project The deadline to submit questionsis 4:00 PM local time on Friday, January 10, 2025. For Well No. 232, Contractor shall remove existing submersible pump; perform downhole rehabilitation, inspect pumping equipment, and provide District a detailed report identifying existing equipment conditions and recommendations for any equipment requiring repair or replacement. In addition, Contractor shall complete site demolition, construct new well pedestal, and install new mechanical and connection piping and new electrical conduits, conductors, and connections, per the Construction Drawings. Contractor shall perform repairs to and/or replacements of existing Well No. 232 pumping equipment, as directed by District, and install, test, and disinfect pumping equipment prior to completion of the project. For Well No. 139, Contractor shall perform downhole rehabilitation and equip well with new equipment, including testing and disinfection prior to completion of the project.
