The City of Richmond is seeking bids from qualified firms to provide general contracting services for the construction of the CSO 019A, CSO 19B, and Hampton St Pump Improvements Project. Services required for the Project include, but are not limited to demolition of existing gates CSO 019A and CSO 019B, furnishing and installation of actuated slide gates and instrumentation and control components within the CSO 19A and Hampton Pump Station, replacement of a motor control center at the Hampton Pump Station, replacement of all the level transmitters at Hampton Pump Station and CSO 19B with Siemens Hydroranger 200 HMI and install their connections to the new programmable logic control system (PLC), replacement of the flow magmeters at the Hampton Pump station and CSO 19B with Toshiba Model LF654, and furnishing and installation of a PLC at the Hampton Pump Station. Question Deadline 01/13/2025 at 3:00 PM ET If any person contemplating submitting a bid for the proposed Work is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the proposed Contract Documents or discrepancies of any sort between existing conditions and proposed new Work, he must submit a written request for an interpretation through OpenGov. The person submitting the request shall be responsible for its prompt and actual delivery
