Site work for a water / sewer project in Bay City, Oregon. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Bay City is seeking proposals from firms for structural engineering, architectural design and Project Management services for the Bay City Water Line Replacement and New Reservoir in Tillamook County. Water line is 8500 feet of 10 inch water main along a combination of county roads, HWY 101 and a local access road. The reservoir is a 500,000 gallon reservoir built along side an existing reservoir. The City received a Business Oregon loan for the project through the Federal Safe Drinking Water Revolving Loan Fund. The intent of this RFQ is for the consultant to provide an integrated design solution for the project. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
