Sandifur Pkwy/Rd 108 Extension Project The City of Pasco, Washington is inviting and requesting bid proposals for the Sandifur Pkwy/Rd 108 Extension Project. This project provides for the extension of Sanfidur Parkway and Rd 108 including new pavement, sidewalks, curb ramps, curb and gutter, pavement markings, signs, illumination, rapid flashing beacons, and other work. In addition, work will include a roundabout at the intersection of Road 108 and Sandifur Parkway, and traffic signals at the intersections of Road 103 / Sandifur Parkway and Road 105 / Sandifur Parkway. Utilities will be extended along Road 108 between Sandifur and Buckingham Drive and joint utility trenches will be installed at intersections to facilitate the installation of utilities and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications Project shall be in accordance with the Contract Plans, Contract Provisions, and Specifications, including the 2025 WSDOT Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge, and Municipal Construction.
