The City of Pasco, Washington is inviting and requesting bid proposals for MLB Required Improvements at GESA Stadium - Female Locker Room Improvements (Phase 1-A). This project includes the remodel of a storage room located in the southeast portion of the visitors' clubhouse into a new female staff locker room. This contract has twenty (20) working days to complete the work. The estimate range for this project is: $275,000.00 - $310,000.00 Question Deadline 02/25/2025, Technical questions regarding the scope of this project should be put in writing up until three working days prior to bid opening and directed to Jeff Lane, Architect, ALSC Architects, 203 N Washington St, Spokane WA 99201-0224, Email: jlane@alsc.com. Please ensure to cc Ryan Mahaffey on all questions at: mahaffeyr@pasco-wa.gov. All bids must be accompanied by a "Good Faith Token" in the form of a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent (5%) of the total bid. Bids will only be accepted from Contractors who are eligible to perform services as governed by PMC 14.15 and who are listed on Abadan's City of Pasco Plan Room Plan Holders list. The City of Pasco, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252,42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
