The Pasco School District will accept sealed bids for PHS HVAC Replacement. Scope of Work The selected contractor will be responsible for: Removal and proper disposal of existing HVAC systems as needed. Procurement and installation of twenty-five (25) split system HVAC units, including all required components. Electrical, mechanical, and structural modifications necessary for system integration. Duct work, piping, insulation, ALERTON controls system decommissioning and installation. Coordination with District to minimize disruption to school operations. Testing, balancing, and commissioning of all systems. Training for designated District personnel on system operation and maintenance. Compliance with all local, State, and Federal regulations, including new State energy code.
