Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Pasco, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the renovation of a transportation facility; and transportation facility.
1. The Rental Car QTA Facility is a facility dedicated to the cleaning and refueling of rental cars Each bay has high-speed roll-up doors at either end. 2. The Fuel Island consist of three lanes for fueling cars, vacuum drops and dispensers for window washer fluid and air. An above ground tank will be provided for fuel storage. The fuel island will be served by a small building constructed of load bearing masonry walls with a split faced CMU veneer augmented with ground face CMU accent. This building will have a sloped, standing seam metal roof. 3. The site will contain roadways and car storage to serve the rental facility. 4. There are three alternate bid options (ABI): a. Option One - An overflow parking lot for car storage. b. Option Two - Radiant Heated Slab at the Wash Bay Exits c. Option Three - Ornamental fencing rather than chain link fencing in the base bid. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
