Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified Consultants registered in the State of Washington to provide a condition assessment for the two lift stations, create a list of weighted recommendations and estimates, and professional engineering services for the design of City selected improvements at the Maitland sewer lift station and the 9th & Washington sewer lift station. The selected Consultant will be tasked with preparing a condition assessment of the lift stations followed by the design of various improvements to the lift station. Some assessments that may be included, but not limited to, are as follows: An evaluation to determine if the existing wet wells need replacement or recoating; Installation of a new pump and a variable frequency drive (VFD); Replacement of the existing pump supports, redundant lines, isolation/check valves for operation; Options for generator power, bypass plans, etc. Email Subject shall be: #25671 and #25672 - Maitland Lift Station and 9th & Washington Lift Station Improvements - SOQ with a maximum size of 20MB. There is no pre-proposal meeting for these projects prior to submission of the Statement of Qualifications. However, the site facilities are visible to the public, but access will not be available Projects funded wholly or in part by Federal appropriations must comply with Code of Federal Regulations; 24 CFR 570.502, 24 CFR 85.36, 2 CFR 200.
