The City of Pasco (City), is soliciting a Statement ofQualifications (SOQ) from qualified Consultants registered in the State of Washington toprovide professional engineering services for the design of the Process Water Reuse Facility(PWRF) Foster Wells Lift Station Improvements RFQ. The PWRF Foster Wells Lift StationImprovements project aims to address corrosion issues caused by process water fromcontributing processors. This involves replacing the existing header at the Foster Wells LiftStation and adding a second header for system redundancy. Additionally, the existing pumpsand piping will be reconfigured and/or replaced to support the new header manifold system,ensuring reliable and efficient operation. The selected Consultant shall provide designengineering, preparation of plans, specifications, and estimate (PS&E), preparation, andprocessing of all necessary environmental documents to achieve environmental compliance,and construction administration services (on a need basis).
