General demolition at each door includes, but is not limited to, saw cutting and removal of existing concrete slab for installation of new slab area at door location. A certified check, cashier s check or bid bond made payable to the Port of Pasco for an amount equal to at least 5% of the total base bid amount shall accompany each bid. The Contractor shall furnish performance and payment bonds, each in an amount at least equal to the Contract Price, as required by R.C.W. 39.08, upon execution of a contract. These bonds shall remain in effect until one year after the date when final payment becomes due. In lieu of the said performance and payment bonds, and in the event the contract is for an amount less than $150,000.00, The Port of Pasco reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities in any bid, or in the bidding, and to accept or reject any bid for reasons based solely on considerations for the best interests of the Port of Pasco
