This Request for Proposals (RFP) for Professional Services for Construction Material Testing and Other Field Services for Construction Projects The Department of Public Works/ Infrastructure/Construction/Water Divisions, is soliciting a Request for Proposals (RFP) for qualified consulting firms to provide Professional Services for Construction Material Testing and Other Field Services for the City of Milwaukee. Question Deadline 12/30/2024 at 3:00 PM CT All requests for information regarding the RFP and the selection process should be addressed to Mr. Chad Chrisbaum at cchris@milwaukee.gov . Questions/answers and any other items will be provided in an addendum to be sent to all plan holders and posted on online. Selection of a proposal does not affect this right. All required forms and addenda receipt must accompany proposal submittal to the RFP. Failure to include any required forms and/ or addenda receipt may result in rejection of proposals. The Small Business Enterprise Program (SBE) goal for this project is 18% of the contract base price. The SBE Compliance Plan (Form A) must be submitted with the bid and is an element of bid responsiveness. SBE certificates must be submitted with the Form A. The Engineer in Charge reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and accept only such proposals as is in the best interest of the City of Milwaukee. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
