2025 Sanitary Bypass Pump & Sanitary Lift Station Inspection and Bypass Pump Wet Testing in: Various Locations All work except Bypass Pumps Wet Testing shall be completed by March 10, 2026. The Contractor shall submit monthly condition reports for all 83 bypass sites and 7 lift stations, for a total of 90 inspection locations, by the 10th of the following month. All work under Bypass Pumps Wet Testing must be completed by October 31, 2025. Failure to submit reports each month or delay in Wet Testing completion shall be grounds for the City to collect liquidated damages. Bid Security Required: Bond, Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Cash to accompany bid: 10% of Contractor's Base Bid. Liquidated Damages: $150 Special provisions and addenda, if any, apply to the above projects. The successful contractor shall furnish a performance bond and a payment bond in The amount of 100% of the bid with the executed contract.
