Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) requires the purchase of removal and replacement of roof at LBJ/Central Crew Room The services shall include the removal and replacement of roof Building location is 8901 Markville Drive, Dallas Tx, 75243 Contractor shall dispose and haul off all old and left over materials Contractor shall not interfere with bus or train movement Contractor must be licensed and insured. Contractor shall be responsible for having all personnel trained in Light Rail Worker Protection due to being in the right of way to rail. Contractor shall be responsible for hiring DART's flagging contractor for safety. Contractor shall submit any track allocation request and attend track allocation meetings before performing work. Contractor shall be responsible for providing class III safety vests and be worn at all times.
