Site work for a mixed-use development in Franklinton, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
This project will consist of security fencing and gates for the school campuses specified above. Security Fencing at the Following Locations: 1. Enon Elementary School ; 14058 Highway 16, Franklinton, LA 2. Franklinton Primary School; 610 T.w. Barker Drive, Franklinton, LA 3. Franklinton Junior High School; 617 Main Street, Franklinton, LA 4. Franklinton High School; 1 Demon Circle, Franklinton, LA 5. Mt. Hermon School; 36119 Highway 38, Mt. Hermon, LA 6. Thomas Elementary School; 30341 Highway 424; Franklinton, LA 7. Varnado Junior and Senior High School; 25543 Washington Street, Angie, LA The Contractor performing the work must be licensed with the State of Louisiana Licensing Board as a General Contractor. All work must be completed by May 15, 2025. All bids must be accompanied by bid security equal to five percent (5) of the sum of the Base Bid and must be in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or a Bid Bond written by a surety company to do business in Louisiana, Signed by the surety's agency or attorney-in-fact as per the project specifications The Washington Parish School Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all informalities in the bidding.
