Woodbrook Pump Station Electrical Upgrades The Board of Directors reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, and to accept the Bid which is in the best interest of the Authority, and to waive any and all minor irregularities. Contractor shall perform upgrades to the Woodbrook Pump Station by supplying equipment, materials, and labor to replace the existing 240 volt electrical service with a new 480 volt service including but not limited to miscellaneous demolition, temporary electrical service, new PECO Electric Transformer Vault, replacement of conductors from the transformer to the existing handhole, install a 400AF MCB with Grounding, meter base, 400A Panelboard, 15kVA Transformer, Lighting Panel, TVSS, modifications to or replacement of the pump motor controllers and modifications to the pump motors for the change in voltage. Additional upgrades to the pump station include replacement of 8" and 12" pipe support stanchions in the drywell, replacement of the existing lighting with new LED fixtures, replacement of the HVAC, and associated boxes, raceways and conductors for work identified on the drawings. Range of expected cost is between $100k and $500k *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
