**As of January 30, 2025, project was awarded to Cleaver/A to U Services, awarded amount is $83,948.20.** The work under this Contract will be within Aston Township Road ROW areas, as well as SWDCMAs sanitary easement areas. Access shall be within the existing road ROW and through existing SWDCMA Sanitary Easements. This Project is financed in part by a grant from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Commonwealth Financing Authority. Questions Due Date: Jan 29th 2025, 5:00 PM EST Location : online portal. Attention of bidders is called to all the requirements contained in the bid packages, particularly the project being subject to various insurance requirements. This contract is subject to Pennsylvania Prevailing Wages. The successful bidder may be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds, each in the amount of One Hundred Percent (100%) of the contract price with a corporate surety approved by the Authority. The Board reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, or portions thereof, and to waive any informality in the bidding process.
