This project shall remove and dispose of the existing 500k btu boiler and install a same or equivalent outdoor rated boiler and necessary plumbing at the Visitor Center. The Contractor shall install an Energy Efficient boiler unit, Low NOx boiler unit, piping, and electrical upgrades where necessary. The unit must come with a commercial industrial standard warranty. All testing and compliance will be done before completion. The installer will provide training for safe operation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of the unit, a startup test shall be done for proper operation at Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield Park Kennesaw, Georgia. SITE LOCATION: The project site is located at Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield Park Visitor Center 905 Kennesaw Mountain Dr. NW Kennesaw, Georgia 30152. In accordance with FAR Part 28, performance and payment bonds are required at 100% of the contract price and must be submitted within ten (10) days of receiving the award.
