The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) intends to hire a contractor for building demolition and removal, UST removal, and installation of temporary power station. Location: 1405 Gilmore Ave, Winona, MN 55987 The project shall be substantially complete no later than March 31, 2025. The estimated total dollar value of the contract is $40,000 to $50,000. However, this shall not be construed as either the minimum or maximum amount. It shall also be understood and accepted by the responder that any quantities shown in this solicitation are estimated quantities only and impose no obligation upon the State either minimum or maximum.
