Site work for a mixed-use development in Winona, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a power facility; and water / sewer project.
The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) intends to hire a contractor for building demolition and removal, UST removal, and installation of temporary power station. Location: 1405 Gilmore Ave, Winona, MN 55987 The project shall be substantially complete no later than March 31, 2025. The estimated total dollar value of the contract is $40,000 to $50,000. However, this shall not be construed as either the minimum or maximum amount. It shall also be understood and accepted by the responder that any quantities shown in this solicitation are estimated quantities only and impose no obligation upon the State either minimum or maximum. The State reserves the right to accept all or part of an offer, to reject all offers, to cancel the solicitation, or to re-issue the solicitation, whichever is in the best interest of the State. The State reserves the right to: o Reject any and all responses received; o Waive or modify any informalities, irregularities, or inconsistencies in the responses received; o Require responders to conduct presentations, demonstrations, or submit samples; o Award by location or item, including category, by groups of items, or all items (therefore, the responder is encouraged to offer a response for all locations or items); and o Interview key personnel or references. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
