WSU Base Building and Emergency Plans. Site Address: Winona State University. Description: Winona State University owns and operates 36 buildings totaling 1,913,000 gross square feet and leases 6 buildings totaling 177,000 gross square feet. This project includes two primary components: 1. Develop field verified base plans with associated room data to support facilities operations and space management. 2. Develop emergency egress and severe weather refuge plans to post in facilities. WSU's 2020 as-built record drawings are generally complete but were not extensively field verified. Project due 180 days from Notice to Proceed. NEW CC.75 TGB form invites more certified diverse participants, but being TGB is not a requirement of selected vendor.
